Terms of Service

ORDERS
Deadline accepts electronic artwork files created in either Windows or Mac OS applications. Cancellation of an order will incur a $50 administration fee (minimum) plus any cost of plates/proofs if applicable. When placing an order online, it is final and cannot be deleted once the order has been received, without a cancellation fee and associated costs .
We do not accept resupplied artwork - if incorrect artwork has been supplied, the order must be cancelled & re-ordered in full, a full cancellation fee and associated costs will be applied.

PRE-PRESS
Deadline do not color match business cards, colors may vary slightly from day to day, press to press, board to board and back to front. Varnishes and laminates may also affect color output. Deadline will not reprint for color or shade discrepancies. While care is taken in checking your files for file related errors that may reduce the quality of your job, Deadline accept no responsibility for files that are not print ready, and all jobs supplied will be printed as supplied. . Deadline will not manipulate or alter any artwork supplied in any way, unless proper authorization is generated beforehand. Please understand that this is at an additional charge.

PRINTING/FINISHING
Please note there can be a trimming variance of plus or minus two millimetre due to automated cutting systems (no guillotine), allow for this when setting up artwork. Prefereably, allow a minimum of .25" from trim edge for live area. Live area can be no closer than .125" from trim. When using non-bleed settings, white space must be at least .25" all around image area.  

DISPATCH
Deadline will not be held liable for any jobs that are delayed either from within our production facility or by any third party provider, Deadline will not be held liable for any loss of earnings or any legal action taken as a result of a delay in production or delivery. If the goods are delivered in a damaged condition or in damaged boxes, it is your responsibility to note this on the delivery docket with the courier immediately upon delivery, any goods signed for will not be reprinted unless this has been done.

ACCOUNTS
A credit application and/or payment in full are requested for new clients prior to production. All prices are subject to change without notice. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

REPORTING ERRORS
Any queries regarding printing or finishing errors must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods . If the error is clearly identified as a printing or finishing error, all steps will be taken to rectify it. If the problem is a result of incorrect artwork the client will be responsible for the reprinting and any associated costs.
